At Mindfulness 4 All, we focus on empowering both young and older minds by bringing the proven benefits of mindfulness to children and adults in professional workplaces. 
 
Rooted in the internationally recognised Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) curriculum and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), our programs and workshops equip participants with practical tools to build resilience, emotional regulation and focus. These programs are fun, accessible, and tailored to the developmental needs of each group.
 
Whether it’s helping young learners manage emotions, supporting teens through transitions, or equipping adults to create calmer environments, our workshops are designed to inspire positive change in every aspect of life.

Pricing & Language

Mindfulness programs for schools and tailored adult workshops can be delivered in both English and Chinese.

Fees are based on facilitator’s hourly rate.

 

The hourly rate depends on the number of lessons needed to deliver the programs (for children's programs) and the length of tailored workshops (for adult groups).
