Paws b is an evidence-based mindfulness program created specifically for children aged 7 to 11 years. Designed by the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP), this program introduces mindfulness in a way that’s both playful and practical, helping young learners develop the emotional and cognitive tools they need to thrive. Delivered in 12 flexible lessons, each session is structured to be engaging and age-appropriate, making it ideal for school settings.

Mindfulness for Children

Paws b is a primary school mindfulness curriculum designed for children aged 7-11. Developed by experienced teachers and mindfulness practitioners, the programme introduces mindfulness in an engaging, age-appropriate way, helping children build life skills for well-being, focus, and emotional balance.

What is Paws b?

Paws b is a flexible six to twelve-lesson curriculum, with each session lasting 30 to 60 minutes. Lessons are delivered using interactive activities, animations, and practical exercises that make mindfulness accessible and enjoyable for children.

The aim of Paws b is to:

Paws b is part of the internationally recognised Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP), a global leader in classroom-based mindfulness education. Introducing 4 key areas of the brain, beginning with the Prefrontal Cortex Lesson Two – Making Choices. Being aware of the choices we make Learning how mindfulness can help us to concentrate when we need to Recognising the choices we make each day and the impact these have on our lives Lesson Three – Puppy Training Playing with our attention Exploring how the attention can move around, narrow down or broaden out in focus. Mindfulness programs for schools can be delivered in both English and Chinese. 

Fees are based on facilitator’s hourly rate.
