Becky Ho

Founder

Becky Ho, a qualified, experienced educator and mindfulness practitioner, started Mindfulness 4 All with a simple but profound goal: to make mindfulness accessible to every everyone in Hong Kong, regardless of age or background. Inspired by her personal transformation through mindfulness and a deep concern for the challenges facing today’s young people arising from overstimulation of the digital world and the increasing rate of children suffering from digital addiction, anxiety and other health concerns. Becky sees the need for practical tools to help children and adults alike navigate the pressures of modern life, believing strongly that teaching mindfulness to children as young as possible gives them the biggest advantage in life.

Through training with the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP), and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Becky discovered how age-specific mindfulness programs and workshops could offer immediate and lasting benefits. Her vision is to demystify mindfulness, proving that everyone can benefit from these practices, regardless of age.

Becky is not just a mindfulness teacher—she is a passionate advocate for mental well-being and is a devoted mother. Her experiences navigating life’s challenges with mindfulness have given her a unique perspective on how these practices can transform lives.

Her work is rooted in the belief that when people are provided with the right tools, they can discover hidden strengths and allow mindfulness to benefit every aspect of their lives. â€‹â€‹
